Description
Captured on an April afternoon in the affluent Roma neighbourhood of Mexico City. This black-and-white photograph portrays an Indigenous Mexican domestic worker in uniform, lost in thought amidst the city's chaos. This image offers a glimpse into the daily lives of Latin American domestic workers, whose lives, like in Alfonso Cuarón's film "Roma" are split into twos, caring for their employers' families and their own. With this photograph, I hope to highlight their often-overlooked existence and share their world with those unfamiliar with it.

Biography
I'm a Colombian documentary/street photographer based in Toronto, Canada. As my existence flies by, I've found peace in fleeting moments trough photography. A camera to me, is a communication device between my present, past, and future self. Through my photographs, I hope to share encounters of life that are forever temporary. The impermanence and the unlikeliness of crossing the right path again is life, and that is the beauty of photography to me.
私はカナダのトロントを拠点とするコロンビア人のドキュメンタリー/ストリート写真家です。私の存在はあっという間に過ぎていきますが、私は写真を通してつかの間の瞬間に安らぎを見出しました。私にとってカメラは、現在、過去、未来の自分をつなぐコミュニケーションデバイスです。私の写真を通して、永遠に一時的な人生の出会いを共有したいと思っています。無常であり、再び正しい道を横切る可能性は低いのが人生であり、それが私にとって写真の美しさです。
