記憶は定着し静かに失われていく。 様々な人種や文化で形成された混沌の街、ニューヨークに忙しなく動く人々の黒い塊、影、残像...写真に残るそれらは不思議と、頭の片隅に眠る色褪せた記憶と重なる気がする。 抽象性というモノクロの持つ力で交差する”跡”をスナップすることで何かに気付けるかもしれない、という思いで撮りためた”記憶の残像”シリーズです。 拙い写真ではありますがご覧頂ければ幸いです。

In New York, the chaotic city comprised of diverse races and culture, the black souls, shades and their afterimages in the photography somehow connotes my memory which once ceased to exist.This “Afterimage of anamnesis” is a series aimed to capture and recall the subconscious memory by snapping the ”trace” of things with the abstraction of black and white.I hope you enjoy my photos.
