We recently released TOKYO GUIDE vol.2 – Shinjuku Edition.

TOKYO GUIDE is a mobile-friendly location guide designed to help photographers explore Tokyo with ease.

Simply choose a photo that matches the style or scenery you want to shoot, copy the address listed on the page, and paste it into your navigation app. It will guide you directly to that exact photo location.

This project started with one simple wish:

We want you to visit the places we’ve photographed and enjoy shooting them from your own perspective.

This release marks our second edition, and we plan to continue expanding into more areas across the city.

We hope TOKYO GUIDE becomes a helpful companion for your photography adventures in Tokyo.

For this Shinjuku edition, we spent some time shooting all around the area — and we captured the experience on video.

In the video, we look back at the shoot together while offering commentary on the spots we visited.

We also included simple shooting tips and insights that you can’t fully convey through still images alone — such as the atmosphere of the streets or what we noticed when shooting on location — organized by each featured area.

Since this is our very first video production, there may be some rough spots, but we hope you’ll enjoy it as if you were joining us on a photowalk.

We also plan to continue sharing things that can’t be expressed through blog posts or photos alone. Videos will be uploaded little by little, so we’d really appreciate it if you subscribed to the FRAME TOKYO channel to follow along!
