Copyright Agreement

By submitting this form, you grant FRAME TOKYO permission to use your photographs in digital and printed publications related to TOKYO STREET PHOTOGRAPHY FESTIVAL, including but not limited to:

• festival publications and printed materials

• the FRAME TOKYO website

• social media platforms

• online promotional use, including Instagram and Facebook

You understand that you are granting FRAME TOKYO a non-exclusive worldwide right to reproduce and publish your submitted images for festival-related use.

Copyright of all images remains with the photographer at all times.

By submitting this form, you confirm that:

• you hold the copyright to all submitted images

• you have the right to publish and exhibit the photographs submitted

• you have permission to photograph and display any identifiable persons appearing in the images where required

• the submitted work is original and has not been copied or plagiarized from any other source

You also understand that, unless separately agreed to in writing in advance by FRAME TOKYO, no payment, royalty, reimbursement, or compensation will be made for the use of submitted images in festival publications, website use, promotional materials, or social media communication.

Photo Print Rental Service (Optional)

FRAME TOKYO is planning to launch a new Photo Print Rental Service.

This service allows selected photographic works to be rented for display in cafés, shops, and other public spaces.

The aim of this project is to introduce the appeal and value of street photography to a wider audience through everyday spaces.

For photographers, this creates new opportunities to:

• share their work with more people

• expand visibility and exposure

• generate income through their photographic work

For partner venues, it provides visual content that enhances the atmosphere of the space while also supporting photographers and promoting their work.

This is a new way of creating additional value through photography.

Works that are not selected will not be registered for the Photo Print Rental Service.

Terms of the Photo Print Rental Service

By checking the box, you agree to the following:

• Your submitted work may be registered in FRAME TOKYO’s Photo Print Rental Service.

• If your work is rented, 10% of the rental fee after printing costs are deducted will be paid to you as a copyright royalty via PayPal.

• If your work is sold through this service, 70% of the sale amount after printing costs and administrative fees are deducted will be paid to you via PayPal.
