Agreement and Terms of Participation

By filling out this digital release form, I hereby grant FRAME TOKYO the permission to use my photos for digital publication as well as on the website and other social media or internet postings related to the context of the original use.

I understand that by completing this form I grant FRAME TOKYO a non-exclusive, worldwide right to publish my photos.

Copyright of the images remains with the photographer at all times. I verify I have the right to publish the people in the pictures and that I own the rights to have these pictures distributed, published, or otherwise promoted by FRAME TOKYO. I certify that this work of art is not plagiarized from any other source. I understand that I shall not be paid, reimbursed, compensated or given royalties, now or at any time in the future by FRAME TOKYO without prior written agreement from FRAME TOKYO.

Notice Regarding the Photo Print Rental Service

By submitting your work to the TOKYO STREET PHOTOGRAPHY FESTIVAL 2025 (TSPF25), you agree to the following terms:

The image data you provide will be registered in the “Photo Print Rental Service,” a new service to be launched by FRAME TOKYO.
If a registered print is rented, 10% of the rental fee (after deducting printing costs) will be paid to the photographer as a copyright fee via PayPal.
If a registered print is purchased, 70% of the purchase price—after deducting printing costs and handling fees— will be paid to the photographer via PayPal.

About the Photo Print Rental Service

This service aims to share the appeal and value of street photography with a wider audience by offering photographic works for display in cafés, shops, and other public venues.
It is a new service planned by FRAME TOKYO, and the works exhibited at TSPF25 will be eligible for inclusion.

For photographers, it offers opportunities to showcase their work to a broader audience and generate income.
For businesses, it provides attractive visual content that can help attract customers while also promoting the participating photographers.
This is a new kind of service that creates additional value for photographic works.

※Submitted image files will be deleted and will not be used in any way if they are not selected for the exhibition.

For selected works that are printed by FRAME TOKYO and exhibited at the venue, please note that the prints will not be returned to the photographers after the exhibition ends.
