If you wish to participate in the Series Category, please fill out the entry form.

You may display as many photographs as will fit in the exhibition space. Please upload the photographs you wish to display for the selection process. The required size is 4961 x 3507px. When displaying, you may print the photographs in any size of your choice.

Details to provide: Title, description, and biography
You may sell your photographs and ZINES. Please handle all sales yourself. There is no commission fee for sales you manage directly.If the management team sells on your behalf, a 30% commission fee will be charged on the sales amount.

Note: Watermarks or frames are not allowed on the photographs.

By filling out this digital release form, I hereby grant FRAME TOKYO the permission to use my photos for digital publication as well as on the website and other social media or internet postings related to the context of the original use.

I understand that by completing this form I grant FRAME TOKYO a non-exclusive, worldwide right to publish my photos.

Copyright of the images remains with the photographer at all times. I verify I have the right to publish the people in the pictures and that I own the rights to have these pictures distributed, published, or otherwise promoted by FRAME TOKYO. I certify that this work of art is not plagiarized from any other source. I understand that I shall not be paid, reimbursed, compensated or given royalties, now or at any time in the future by FRAME TOKYO without prior written agreement from FRAME TOKYO.

[Notice Regarding the Photo Print Rental Service]

FRAME TOKYO is planning to launch a new service called the Photo Print Rental Service.
This service allows photographic works to be rented and displayed in cafés, shops, and other spaces to enhance their atmosphere.
The goal is to share the value and appeal of street photography with a broader audience.

For photographers, it’s an opportunity to have their work seen by more people and to generate income.
For businesses, it’s a way to use photography as an engaging visual element that also helps promote the photographer.
This is a new kind of service that creates additional value for photographic works.

Works without a selected checkbox will not be included in the service.

[About the Photo Print Rental Service]

By checking the box, you are considered to have agreed to the following terms:

Your submitted photo(s) will be registered for FRAME TOKYO’s upcoming Photo Print Rental Service.
If your registered work is rented, you will receive 10% of the rental fee (after deducting printing costs) as a copyright royalty, paid via PayPal.
If your work is purchased, you will receive 70% of the purchase price (after deducting printing and administrative fees) as a sales payment, also via PayPal.
