Under the Arch

Photographer

Mohammad Hassan NAZARI

Country

Indonesia

Description

This image was taken beneath an urban underpass, where a man has made his temporary home amid the city’s infrastructure. The repetitive arches create a visual rhythm that dwarfs the human figure, emphasizing the contrast between the scale of urban architecture and the vulnerability of those living on its margins.
