This series is part of a long-term photographic project developed in Havana over more than fifteen years. Rather than documenting events or politics, the work focuses on what persists beneath scarcity and erosion: presence, dignity, tenderness, and the quiet strength of human bonds.
These photographs explore everyday life, intimacy, and resilience, seeking moments where the soul remains visible despite the weight of time, history, and circumstance.

Biography:

Luis Casadevall is a Spanish photographer whose work focuses on seeking to photograph the soul with the soul. He approaches photography as an intuitive act, through presence, closeness, and emotional honesty.
